A unique integrated learning approach with incremental learning at each stage is adopted:

  • Classroom Instruction: Students will receive full-time/part-time classroom instruction, which will help them to learn and consolidate their understanding of the subjects.

  • Independent Study: All students are provided with a comprehensive courseware specially designed for independent study, consisting of textbooks, workbooks and books of readings and casebooks. In this stage, students are expected to achieve a reasonable grip of subjects through self-study.

  • Courseware: Students are provided with high quality courseware including textbooks, workbooks, books of readings and casebooks.

  • Case-based learning: The case-based learning is used as a very important teaching and evaluation tool.

  • IT Training: IT skills are essential for students to succeed in the networked environment. To impart training in IT skills, IT training is conducted for IT related courses during the course of their study.

  • Projects: Projects attempt to bridge the gap between the professional world and academic institutions. Projects are a simulation of real work environment and require the students to handle problems in the rigor of a professional environment.

  • Web Support: All enrolled students are provided online web support on 24x7 basis. The use of web technology will enable the students to have a greater and easy access to the faculty and the administrative staff.

  • Evaluation: Evaluation serve to assess and certify the students’ knowledge and skill in the prescribed courses of study.

Evaluation and Grading

Students performance in each course will be assessed by means of continuous evaluation throughout the semester. Students will be evaluated on the basis of tests, home assignments, seminars, projects which contribute to internal evaluation. A final examination will be conducted every semester for evaluation.

The bachelor programs are evaluated through marks system. Further details will be provided in the Students Handbook.
