The Case Study Approach

The case method of teaching is integrated as a dominant tool in the education methodology. To be an effective professional, the student has to be trained to think and act like one. Thus, the programs have a very strong case study orientation. The program will use case studies of reputed Indian and international companies. The courseware provided to the students contains a number of case studies on Indian and international companies. These cases will help the student understand the complexities in various business, political, legal and social environment.

  • You will be able to apply theoretical learning and test management concepts in real life practical situations.

  • You will gain confidence in handling dynamic situations.

  • You will understand the workings of the international marketplace.

  • You will develop strategic skills and adaptability relevant in the global economy.

  • You will develop an all-round personality with the unique advantage of being able to think and act like global managers.

Case Studies are more extensively used for the Executive MBA and MS (HRM) Programs.
