The soft skills training is
provided by IEL to its students of MBA Program and PG Diploma Programs. However
for students of Degree Programs, relevant modules will be selected for training.
Soft Skills Training provides strong practical orientation to the students
helping them in building and improving their skills such as communication,
English usage, business correspondence, presentation, team building, leadership,
time management, group discussion, interview and inter-personal skills. This
training also help students in career visioning and planning, effective resume
writing and dealing with placement consultants and headhunters. |
Objectives
By the end of the soft skills
training students should be able to achieve the following objectives:

communication skills (spoken and written).

correspondence and prepare business reports which produce results.

Pedagogy
The pedagogy includes lectures,
projects, role plays, quizzes, and various other participatory sessions. The
emphasis will be on learning by doing.
