To provide cross-cultural exposure and international perspective to its students, IEL will arrange Student Exchange Programs in India. The students of IEL will be given an opportunity to pursue a part of their course / full semester at one of the Centers in South Indian cities namely Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. Corresponding credits will be given for their study.

Hostel accommodation will be made in India. The students shall bear all expenses relating to their travel and stay in India. More details will be provided in the Student Handbook.

Apart from the cross-cultural exposure, the students will get an opportunity to learn and adopt the best practices and learning methodologies.

All matters relating to the grant of this exchange program, travel, accommodation, etc., will be at the sole discretion.

Live projects

Live Projects are conducted by a team of students under the guidance of a faculty at a company or industrial organization. Students work on current business problems, consult on key management problems by doing a thorough study of systems and practices prevalent in the organization. A detailed project report is provided to the organization after completing of the project. Students get an opportunity to exercise their management mettle and gain insights for a future career in the corporate world.

Alumni Society

The IEL will be establishing an Alumni Society as a non-profit organization to provide an active institutional framework for the alumni for professional development, interaction and networking.

All students who successfully complete the programs of IEL are eligible for membership.

The main objectives are:

  • To propogate and ensure the acceptance of the philosophy and values related to education and practice among the academia and industry.

  • To develop a system of knowledge sharing among faculty, students and alumni and work towards bridging the gap between academia and industry.

  • To cater to the networking needs of the alumni by enabling frequent exchanges of views in the form of seminars, periodicals and newsletters.

Code of Ethics

All members are required to conduct their professional activities in accordance with the approved code of ethics and abide by the rules and regulations thereon. The code of ethics cover areas such as:

  • Integrity

  • Ethical Leadership

  • Professional Competence

  • Professional Independence.
